This video shows the same presentation being simultaneously translated into German.

• Behind the scenes, 12 or more translators were working the translations to and from 6 languages (English, French, Italian, Portugese, German and Spanish).
• Remember that international symposia become very difficult when the main language being spoken is not English. In some cases there are double translations occurring. If the presentation is in German, the German translator may be translating it to English which the Italian translator is in turn translating to Italian.
