It is the mission of the Center for Leadership Development to foster the advancement of minority youth in Central Indiana as future professional, business and community leaders by providing experiences that encourage personal development and educational attainment.

Roger Muller Videography was asked to videotape the groundbreaking for the new High Achievement Learning Center in October of 2007. Two of the speakers, the organization's president Mr. Dennis Bland and Indianapolis Mayor Bart Peterson are shown in the outtake to the left. In working with charitable organizations, we:

• Try to price our services at a reduced rate.
• Accomplish as much as possible within the desired scope of the project, funds and time available, etc.
• We will do projects other than event videography, such as advertisments, promotions, etc.
